TENSILE TEST (by DIN)
 
CRACKING TEST (by DIN)
Hold each end of 100m/m hose tightly and apply it at 300mm/min speed and 40.7kgf. After performing these, the hose has no damage like crack and separation.(Conduct test in the standard laboratory atmosphere of 203'C. The sample should be left at least 24 hours at the test temperature.)   Hang a weight of 5kg at one end of hose sample, and up and down at speed of 15 times/min. After performing these 20,000times, the hose has no damage like crack and separation.(Conduct test in the standard laboratory atmosphere of 203'C. The sample should be left at least 24 hours at the test temperature.)

FLEXIBLE TEST (by JIS)
 
Hang a weight of 4.5kg at the end of 1.2 meter hose sample and reciprocate it 20,000 times with 90' bend at pulley of 120mm diameter, after performing these. the hose has no damage like crack and separation.(Conduct test in the standard laboratory atmosphere of 203'C. The sample should be left at least 24hours at the test temperature)   The hose is to be secured at one end to a test apparatus and then placed over pulley.
The 180' reciprocating motion is to be generated at 30 revolutions per minute. The test is to be conducted for 20,000 cycles without crack and separation at 203'C room temperature.
